electric system designed and installed by your amazingly professional team,
we want to thank you greatly for your work and for your attention during
this past year; the attention to detail and perfection during installation,
to periodically checking on our status and making sure we are completely
satisfied with our system. We have found working with SunnyCal Solar to be
not only a fun experience (yes, you guys are all a kick to work with!) but
demonstrating professional expertise and integrity in all of the work that
you did for us. As you know, we have a pretty complex system. Both Steve
and Bruce have been so helpful in explaining how it works and how to manage
it. We had a few glitches as you know during the year, and I am so pleased
to thank you so very much for your immediate attention when these glitches
occurred. Not only did you respond immediately to the problem, but you
corrected it immediately as well. This is truly extraordinary service.

After a number of years fighting with another solar company over their
installation of a solar electric system at my home I found SunnyCal Solar
They evaluated my system, suggested remedies for my problems and gave me a
price that I thought was very reasonable. The work was done about one year
ago and all has been well since. During a recent power outage the system
preformed as advertised. My venture into solar power for my home is finally
a rewarding experience.

The Dollens Electric is the best solar company to deal with, their
honesty, integrity, professionalism and wealth of knowledge are very hard to

Dollens Electric was the low bid on removing my solar array and replacing
when my roof was being replaced. They provided a 4 year guarantee on their
work. They were able to schedule when required by the roofer. They had to
figure out what the previous electrician had done. They took more off my
roof than I expected they needed to. They were right to do that. It made the
job for the roofers easier and added no time to complete their job. When the
roofers (working as general) neglected to contact Dollens, Steve called them
to insure that coordination on the new parts required was done correctly. As
the roofing started, Steve called to ask when we wanted to schedule
re-install. I asked the roofers when and Dollens actually came out and
re-installed while the roofing job was being wrapped up. When parts needed
to be replaced, Dollens did it without exceeding their estimate. Contract
signing was easy. Each step of the way they kept me informed, even when they
found they were stuck in traffic I got a call telling me they would be 30
minutes late. And since I now have electricity again coming off my roof
(even before the roof work is completed), I am pretty darned satisfied. Now
if only I could get the roofers to be so responsible.
